Post his Thunderbird MBA, Luca served Institutional Investment offices where he evolved their level of sophistication in making sound decisions. During his tenure as an Institutional Investor, he focused on managing quantitative investment strategies, investment due diligence, risk management, and portfolio construction – building innovative tools and frameworks along the way to help with these efforts.

Luca started Diverso Advisors to engage in more meaningful relationships with a diverse client base and bring his expertise to a wider audience. He is eager to help individuals, families and organizations achieve their goals and bring financial clarity to their futures. He loves working with clients that understand the world is probabilistic and together we can plan accordingly.

Outside of his work with clients, Luca enjoys time with his wife, Alma Lucia, and their two sons, Leo and Marco. He gravitates toward the outdoors, especially hiking and playing soccer. He also has a strong appreciation for traveling and exploring cultures, landscapes, and history.
